Great hobbit logs. Really well packed with no great spaces inbetween. Good price, just boxes need to be a bit stronger as 1 was split at side

I prefer the shorter wood, my wood burner is a tiny 5 kw and they are the best for me. If I was to grump about 1 thing, it’s the volume of square wood. Doesn’t easily start to burn . The twist fire starters are good too!
After not receiving our first delivery , a new box was sent out for the next day. Very happy with the wood and customer service

Although these logs are undeniably a more expensive way of buying fuel for our woodburning stove, they are consistently wonderful and dry. No more damp logs delivered by our local woodsman, all too happy to charge for a soggy load. Now we have exquisite dry and sensible size logs delivered to the door. It would be great if the DPD delivery men could deliver the boxes closer to the log store though! They tend to leave them in them by the front gate or on the front lawn.

took delivery of my first order from logpile and am really pleased: the logs (pizza oven logs for medium oven) are perfect, way better size than where i have been buying from before and dry. delivered in cardboard boxes via DPD so easy to unpack and recycle (unlike pallets), v helpful team, great coms .
Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Delivered on time with updates given by the driver. Wood was in excellent condition, no high sap content. Slow, high heat burn and the firelighter box was of the same quality. I would definitely buy these logs again in future.

Having sorted myself out with a log burner for my new home I started researching logs, and all the other bits I would need. The LogPile website was super easy to navigate, and have me the smaller size option that I wanted to use as I figured out how to use my new fire. My order was delivered next day, and had the friendliest delivery chap that carried everything indoors for me. Would happily recommend this company. One thing I'd love to suggest to help the novices like me out there - in the parcel it would be great to see a "how to light your logs" sheet. I've watched so many youtube videos on this it's insane.
