Another purchase of 8 inch Ash logs for my Coseyfire Petite multifuel. I find these logs are a good size and good quality. I love they are delivered with a certificate of moisture [9% those recent load). I like they are delivered in a builder type bag that means they can be transported to under my carport 2.5feet from my logstore. At 70 this helps rather than having local loose loads shot out from a truck all over driveway. I also really appreciate I can choose a delivery date rather than be told one. The Ash gives an excellent blaze. I like that I can use PayPal pay in 3 which as a pensioner helps too. So I fully recommend this company and it's Ash logs based solely on my personal experience. Each year I stock up from logpile and everytime it's great. The logs arrive next day like clockwork. I use the Ash logs, they can take a while to get lit compared to others, but burn for longer in my opinion. I have my wood burner in our kitchen diner so it's mainly used for social gatherings. 70KG usually lasts me from October-Jan.

I’m someone who overthinks everything so the starter kits are perfect, I’m not stressing I’ve forgot something!
I have a small house so the size of the kits is perfect, not too big that storage is a pain, and not too small that it doesn’t seem like it will last you long. The delivery is amazing! I can’t complain! I’m a notorious delivery misser so being able to choose the day of delivery makes it easier.

2nd shop, one parcel arrived faster than the other so I got in touch to check it was ok. Responded straight away and allayed my concerns. It came soon after. Would love some smaller sizes maybe 6" as we only have a smaller fire. Very impressed though. Will shop again.

Tried these logs as an e experiment, having been disappointed with locally sourced logs. To my pleasant surprise, these logs have proved first class,burning well and providing good levels oh hear. Delivery spot on as well.

Great service from Logpile, I will certainly use them again. The logs and charcoal are of excellent quality and were delivered very quickly. My only recommendation would be for them to let us know in advance that the orders might be delivered in two deliveries (same day), which would save a couple of hours of worrying… but very happy with the purchase anyway.

Great service, quick delivery, good quality of logs. My only criticism is a small percentage of logs are very slim so more effective as a big bit of kindling, would be absolutely perfect if logs could all be a decent large size. Would definitely repurchase and hope this gets addressed in future orders and would still recommend.

They had been cut to the perfect size for a standard fireplace and by using 3 they warmed the living room up nicely. I live in a terraced house with a tall ceiling normally heated with a radiator. Even with the recent low temperature the room was pleasantly warm all evening. Great value for money.
