I have bought logs from a fair few companies over the years but the combination of ease of ordering, fast delivery and the actual logs being the best burners I’ve ever had means I’ll be buying from Logpile only now.

Logs arrived as promised next day delivery despite placing an order in the evening, the order was ttracked and had a reliable delivery window.
No debris on the driveway as our logs arrived neatly packed in boxes which made transfer to the wood shed a dream of a job instead of the usual hassle.
The small and medium logs are the perfect size for our burner, they light easily, burn evenly and give out great heat.
We also ordered kindling which arrived neatly packed and stays tidy in a handy cardboard storage box.

Ordered for the first time on Friday, amazed and overjoyed to get a delivery on the Saturday morning. Super quick, super convenient, and I didn't have to brave the cold at all. I am inconceivably bad at lighting fires, but with the kindling, logs and firefighter bundle - and the really clear instructions - I successfully lit the fire on the first attempt. I have lit more fires this week (5) than I did in the whole of 2024. These logs are a revelation, and I won't be looking back - hello super-easy warmth!
