I get the boxes of mixed logs because I'm kind of a newbie. The mix of birch and ash means sure you get the showboating flames that everyone enjoys but you also get decent sustained heat too. Arrived promptly and well packed. Recommended.

My cherrywood logs arrived 2 days after order and were even better than I was hoping for. Proper chunks of split cherrywood absolutely perfect for my offset smoker. 10/10

First time firepit users, ordered from Logpile.com 20kg box of small split logs to be delivered. It did what it said on the "tin" - quick delivery and kiln dried mix of Ash and Birch which burnt extremely well with a good heat. To have them delivered quickly was a bonus and will certainly use Logpile again.

I really like using this charcoal. It is clean by way of no chemicals added and the slow burn is great for short and those long cooking sessions.
It's easy to use too much of this product if moving from other brands.

Excellent products that are delivered super fast and in sustainable packaging. The little logs are a perfect size for our Ooni Karu. I would definitely recommend Logpile

I have been using your Restaurant Grade Lumpwood for a while. It sets alight reliably and burns long and hot with very small residue. I wouldn’t use anything else.

I’m afraid I have nothing bad to say about logpile. Everything always works very well. I did have to phone them the other day to change my order and a human being answers the phone within a couple of rings, there’s no ‘press this button press that button’ going on. I highly recommend them.

Ordered some lump wood, it came very quickly. Had an early BBQ and it’s probably the best I’ve ever used, big pieces, burns hot and for a long time, no chemical smells and leaves a fabulous flavour on the food
