At Logpile, we believe great firewood should arrive just as it’s meant to be enjoyed. Simple, reliable, and ready when you need it.
That’s why we offer Free next working day delivery across most of Great Britain on all of our boxed wood products.
- Order before 4pm (Mon–Fri): your firewood arrives the very next working day
- Order after 4pm: expect delivery within two working days
- During bank holidays, please allow an extra working day
Need it for the weekend? You can upgrade to Saturday or Sunday delivery for £2.95 when ordering before 4pm on Friday.
Carefully Packed, Ready to Burn
Every Logpile order is hand packed with care, with a focus on practical, responsible packaging as we continue working towards more sustainable solutions.
Our logs, kindling and charcoal are delivered via trusted partners such as DPD and APC:
- Delivered between 7am and 7pm
- Left safely at your door or in your chosen secure location
- Packed into boxes weighing 30kg's or less
- Larger orders may arrive in separate boxes or deliveries
Delivery on Your Terms
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive full tracking details from either DPD or APC, giving you complete control:
- Choose a different delivery day
- Ask for delivery to a neighbour or local parcel shop
- Nominate a safe place
- Note: Smaller orders (15kg/20kg firewood with one box of kindling or firelighters) may be packed together.

For Larger Orders
For bulk firewood, we use specialist pallet delivery to ensure your logs arrive securely.
- Delivered between 8am and 6pm
- Only Kerbside delivery is guaranteed
- Pallet deliveries are only available Monday to Friday - if you would prefer a Saturday please contact our team as a £60.00 Surcharge will be applicable.

We currently deliver across Great Britain.
In some areas, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland a delivery surcharge may apply.

📦 Returns
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you no longer need your order, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund.
While we’re unable to offer direct exchanges, we’re always happy to assist with replacements where appropriate.
Please note that returns are not currently offered free of charge and are not arranged by us
Returning Your Order
To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In their original, unused condition
- Ideally in the original packaging
- With a copy of your order confirmation email
To arrange a return, please contact us or email hello@logpile.com and we’ll provide the return address.
Sending Your Return
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
As we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, refunds can only be issued once the goods have been safely received.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been checked, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your provider.
