I always get delivery in 1-2 days. Wrapped to protect from the elements. Yes of course there is a little dust in the bottom of the bag. But contrary to some reviews, I think it’s well within what you expect from a big bag. Big chunks and smaller bits makes the perfect variety for use in my pizza oven. Clearly well dried - trivial to light and burns very clean with almost no ash.

All good, Arrived on time. Came in unbranded bags but charcoal seems decent.
