Your logs really are the best for warmth and a good clean burn. I have a small fireplace set in log burner so I really appreciate the equality of size.

Had my first delivery of logs today, the delivery driver Trevor was great, he phoned me prior to let me know when he was 10 minutes away, I have a tricky delivery as no driveway and he unloaded all the logs by hand to help ! Fantastic and great quality logs !

Never had oak logs for years, they wouldn’t burn from another supplier but no trouble with these! Usually get ash logs but fancied a change. So pleased I chose these and have reordered, they come tomorrow.

Got a larger (250kg) amount of wood than normally,(always good quality) and was worried how it would be delivered, but Logpile got a professional delivery service who delivered it on a pallet into my garage.

Super easy both in terms of managing a subscription and making one-time additional orders (which come quickly). The small logs are perfect for my log burner and the firelighters and kindling are great. Burn is clean - even according to my chimney sweep. Absolutely does what it says on the tin. Only request would be to be able to add firelighters/kindling on alternate deliveries automatically but it isn't difficult to add.
