Always good service and logs

Birch was poor

Normally logplie products are really good. This time the birch just didn’t burn well, smoked was smelly and even went out. Sent an email but never got a response.

Ideal condition

The logs were delivered promptly, very clean and dry and in excellent condition. The packaging made them easy to handle. I actually wasn’t using them for burning but for building a logpile for insects so the bark on them and the shapes were perfect for making the pile look attractive. Very pleased and will be ordering another box

Arrived swiftly, burns lovely, we have a 4.5 kW wood burn and use about 4-5 logs an evening so very pleased indeed.

Not just ash

I’ve used the lump wood charcoal 3 times now, and it’s a huge difference in how much longer it lasts, it doesn’t just burn for 30min and convert to ash as all the supermarket stuff does.
Now I can get the whole chickens and large pieces of meat cooked without worring too much about refueling.
