Lovely logs

The quality of the logs has been better than I expected and being able to buy in a smaller quantity has made storage so much easier. My only problem has not been with the company itself but with the delivery. I have asked the delivery man on both occasions to put the box inside my gate rather than by the front door. This is because at nearly 70 years old and with a spinal condition I am unable to lift the box whereas if it is inside my gate I can manage to drag it to the storage shed. On both occasions the driver has obviously found this to be something he is not happy to do and despite me trying to explain the reason has been very unfriendly. My son has now said that he will m⁷ake a serious detour on his journey home from work to lift the box to the store. I have never experienced this before and generally find delivery people only too happy to help.

Perfect starter kit

This has everything you need to get a fire going. Kindling, logs, matches. It makes it easy to light up my log burner in these cold evenings. Delivery was fast too.
