Great quality logs, burn really well. Clear delivery communication and I like the hour delivery slot. The customer service is so exceptional. When my dog didn’t win their photography competition they included dog biscuits in my log delivery! Really funny and thoughtful.

I have used Logpile for some time and their service has been excellent. Orders are processed very quickly and their office is very helpful when I have had a query. Keep it up!

Many thanks Logpile - we received our 2x boxes of kindling and are really impressed with it. The wood is lovely and dry and all of equal sizing - it makes lighting our log burner extra easy and we find that we don't need to use so many of the sticks, so it is economical too.
