We're occasional log-burner users so it suits us to order as and when rather than committing to a subscription. Last time I ordered a "starter kit" to get the kindling and firelighters too, but we had plenty of both those left so this time it was just logs. Having found some of the first delivery a little long for our small burner, I was pleased to get a mail about 6-inch logs. In the end I went for 8-inch logs, which are just right! Easy-to-use website and next-day delivery, with one-hour window on the day. Logpile works well for us, and we'll continue using it.

I managed to find this amazing company online. I had been trying to find a company that supplied smaller size logs for my wood burner without success. I was happy to at last find Logpile. Ordering was easy with helpful staff which made the whole process smooth. Having free delivery and being able to pick a time for it to be delivered was a bonus. 2nd shop, one parcel arrived faster than the other so I got in touch to check it was ok. Responded straight away and allayed my concerns. It came soon after. Would love some smaller sizes maybe 6" as we only have a smaller fire. Very impressed though. Will shop again.
