Lovely logs

I ordered this starter kit to test the quality of the logs ! My load of logs from another company this winter resulted in logs that are difficult to light and keep going .They will not burn without the air vent kept fully open. I have not experienced this before but the advice I have now been given is that I have a load of willow that is not the best to use in a log burner. Your birch logs are lovely .They light easily and burn well without the vent open.I shall now order a larger quantity of birch from your company .The packaging of the starter pack was beautifully done.
