Used log pile for first time in 2024 for logs, kindling and fire lighters. We were impressed by the ease of order and delivery and quality of the logs. As newbies to log fires we were very impressed by the heat output by logs over smokeless coal.

I ordered a 250 Kg pallet of Ash last Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered the following day. Not only was the delivery fast, but the driver wheeled the pallet to the back of my garage to facilitate easy unloading. Great service.

From the order process with the help of the star that is Lorraine, to the delivery we couldn’t have asked for better. The wood is such a good long lasting burn and well within the allowed moisture content, that once stacked inside ready to burn it’s often very low so easy to light. Easy to catch and burns well and long. Really pleased with customer service and the whole process. Not to mention the prices that are hard to beat. Will definitely be coming back.
