We are expecting the festive period to be a very busy time for our courier DPD, due to high volumes of parcels going through the delivery networks. Whilst we will still be offering our Next Day Delivery service up until 4pm on Tuesday 23rd December, we do recommend ordering by Monday 22nd December and choosing Tuesday delivery in case of any delays!
We will be delivering as normal on 22nd, 23rd, 24th December. There will be no deliveries made on 25th & 26th December. We will then be delivering on 27th - 31st December as normal, with no deliveries on 1st January. Please note deliveries for the 27th & 28th with incur a paid weekend surcharge.
- For orders made before 4pm on Friday 19th, we recommend choosing Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st, Monday 22nd or Tuesday 23rd as your delivery date, instead of Wednesday 24th.
- For orders made between 4pm on Friday 19th and 4pm on Monday 22nd, the soonest delivery date available will be Tuesday 23rd but please note we cannot guarantee delivery on this day due to potential courier restraints.
- Orders made after 4pm on Tuesday 23rd and before 1pm on Wednesday 24th, the soonest delivery available will be Monday 29th for Free Next Day Delivery or Saturday 27th with a paid surcharge.
- For orders made after 1pm on Wednesday 24th and before 4pm on Monday 29th, the soonest free delivery date available will be Tuesday 30th.
- Thursday 1st January will not be available to choose for deliveries.
