We are expecting the festive period to be a very busy time for our courier DPD, due to high volumes of parcels going through the delivery networks. Whilst we will still be offering our Next Day Delivery service up until 4pm on Monday 23rd December, we do recommend ordering by Friday 20th December and choosing Monday delivery in case of any delays!
We will be delivering as normal on 23rd & 24th December. There will be no deliveries made on 25th, 26th & 27th December. We will then be delivering on 28th - 31st December as normal, with no deliveries on 1st January.
- For orders made before 4pm on Friday 20th, we recommend choosing Saturday 21st, Sunday 22nd or Monday 23rd as your delivery date, instead of Tuesday 24th.
- For orders made between 4pm on Friday 20th and 4pm on Monday 23rd, the soonest delivery date available will be Tuesday 24th but please note we cannot guarantee delivery on this day due to potential courier restraints.
- For orders made after 4pm on Monday 23rd and before 4pm on Friday 27th, the soonest free delivery date available will be Monday 30th, or Saturday 28th with a surcharge payable.
- For orders made after 4pm on Friday 27th and before 4pm on Monday 30th, the soonest delivery date will be Tuesday 31st.
- Wednesday 1st January will not be available to choose for deliveries.
