Our super thin logs are specially cut for medium-sized pizza ovens, delivering the high heat needed for perfect wood-fired cooking. Made from sustainably sourced British Ash & Birch hardwood, these logs ignite quickly and burn hot and clean thanks to their thinner split making them ideal for reaching and maintaining optimal cooking temperatures.
Perfect for pizza ovens where standard logs are too large, helping you cook faster and more efficiently.
