Have used before fo rthe little logs (oak) to go in my Ooni Karu 12. This time when re-ordering, noticed that you now also do Beech. Ordered a mixed package and am really impressed, definitely a different flavour and a higher temperature.
Only negative comment is that I find your wood-wool firelighters very expensive - whether supporting forestry or not, they are not any different to those found in the supermarket as far as I can see, for about 3x the price.

Very impressed with these wee little pellets, love they come in cute sustainable boxes, no plastic in sight. They burn long, give good heat, just the thing on chilly summer nights with the better half 😉

The logs are a perfect fit for the Ooni Karu12 and nice to have them easy to grab out of the box.

Flexible subscription delivery is great and works well. Queries by email always dealt with promptly and helpfully. Logs are great, everytime.
Only slight niggle is that the boxes holding the logs are often broken/open -most likely from the courier company lugging and dropping them carelessly - which makes it more difficult to move from front door where deposited, through house and into store out back as loose logs trying to escape openings make it awkward to carry.
Great service overall though - have used you for a few years and no plans to change. Thanks
