We ordered the Starter Kit pack, and it was perfect. It arrived with a large quantity of good quality wood, natural fire lighters, kindle and matches. The delivery was super fast and we had the fire lit in no time, with a good lasting burn. Would purchase again and recommend LogPile to anyone.

I found the logs very small, half the size of what is shown in the image. Kindling & firelighters ok, but again, small quantity.

Couldn’t ask for more

Cannot think of anything that could improve your products and customer service. Love the information about the different types of wood and how they burn. Never seen this details on other sites. Wood is fantastic and we ordered late afternoon and it’s at our front the next morning! So no worrying about having to store large amounts of wood and keeping it dry.
