Delivery is quick and I am kept updated. The logs are clean and of an excellent size that burn really well. I will definitely continue to use Logpile.

Logpile have been an excellent company to deal with. Our order of Oak logs, kindling and firelighters were delivered on time and in lovely packaging, the ordering process was easy and extremely quick. Once we placed our order we received a follow up phone call to ensure we had ordered the right type of wood, etc. which I really appreciated as I am new to ordering our wood supply this way.
The pallet arrived and the delivery was smooth and the lorry driver brought the whole pallet into our garage which was very helpful. We immediately used the kindling and logs which burnt perfectly in our Stovax wood burner. I am so pleased that I intend to use Logpile moving forward for all our wood burner needs. The logs burn easily and produce a lot of heat. There was a delay in delivery but it was communicated to us quickly and resolved without fuss.
